Foundations of Yoga

Service Description

Have you ever left a yoga class feeling frustrated and even more "off" than before you went? Have you heard about the tremendous physical and mental benefits of yoga, but not sure where to start? Have you been practicing for a while, but a little confused about certain postures, breathing techniques, or lingo? If so, then this course is for you! Class will meet once a week for 4 weeks, and participants will leave feeling ready to take on any yoga class at any studio or even start up your own home practice!
