In order to deliver you the best experience possible, I've instated the following policies. Please read these BEFORE scheduling your session. 

 

To make registration, rescheduling, and cancelling classes easy, please create an account and login to this site, or download the free WIX FIT app on your phone

REGISTRATION

While drop-ins are welcomed, it's recommended to register for every class (even if you have a membership).

​

  • Morning classes with less than 2 registrants by 7pm the evening prior may be cancelled.

​​

  • Evening classes with less than 2 registrants 2 hours prior to start time may be cancelled. ​

​​

  • If a class is cancelled or important info needs to be relayed, you will be notified by email ONLY if you are registered. Otherwise, be sure to check the class schedule for updates. 

​

By creating an account and registering for classes, you empower yourself to to cancel, reschedule, view your upcoming (and past) classes, and more.

CANCELLATIONS

  • All classes require at least 12 hours cancellation notice.

​​

  • Workshops/Special Events require massive preparation and operate at a limited capacity. As such, these require a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice and will only be refunded if we are able to fill your spot.

 

  • "No-shows" will not be issued a refund or raincheck, so please don't ask and make it awkward.

 

  • To cancel or reschedule, please use the login system via the website or the WixFit app.

  • Because we use a shared space, if a class must be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as possible and issued a raincheck or a refund.

 

  • Private instruction requires a 50% deposit to secure the date, with the remainder due 48 hours prior to your session. If you must cancel or reschedule outside of the 48 hour window, you will be refunded half of your deposit.
