I'M BRAND NEW TO YOGA. WHERE DO I START?

 

• Welcome! Please request info on our next 4 week Beginners' Series, so that you can get the most out of your practice. In the meantime, feel free to join any of the Level 1 classes you see here.

WHICH CLASS SHOULD I TAKE?

 

• Each class has a specific format and, while some are mixed-level, some are appropriate for beginners and others require some experience. Please read the Class Descriptions prior to registering for class.

DO I NEED TO REGISTER OR CAN I JUST DROP IN?

​

• While drop-ins are welcomed, it's beneficial to register for every class. If a class is cancelled, or important info needs to be relayed, you will only be notified if you're registered.

HOW MUCH DO CLASSES COST?​​

​

• Price per class is $16 and should be paid online, in advance. If you wish to pay cash, please let me know. ​

​

DO YOU OFFER CLASS PASSES?​

​

• No, not at this time. Once our new studio is open (Summer 2023), we will offer various passes and membership options, so hang tight!

​

WHERE ARE CLASSES LOCATED?

​

• Currently, classes are held at The Terrace at Highland Lakes (unless otherwise stated). We are located on the main level, upstairs from The Grille.  Map

• Certain workshops and special events may be held at other locations. Details will be shared for specific events.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

​​

• Doors will open 15 minutes prior to class, giving you time to set up. If you arrive early, please wait in the lobby for doors to open.

​​

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

​

• Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and blanket to every class, along with any other props you'd like (ie. blocks, bolster, zafu, strap). I have a limited number of blocks, straps, and mats on location.​​

​

IS CLASS HELD INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

​

• I usually don't know until I arrive at the building. Because we share the building with other businesses, whether we're inside or out depends, not only on the weather, but also other happenings within (or outside of) the building. Come prepared for anything and dress in layers. We are lucky to have access to a beautiful outdoor terrace, as well as a spacious room with a gorgeous view!
